Hollow Valley Resort is a 10 acre property located in Dorset, Ontario on the Hollow River with boat access to Lake of Bays. The Hollow has a rich history and after over a decade of neglect we have recently purchased the property and begun phase 1 to revitalize the and transform it back into a vacation destination with lodging and a live music venue.

We are seeking investment partners to contribute to and expedite the development phases of the project. If you’ve always wanted to own a resort, this is a great opportunity to get involved with minimal investment. All of our partners are down to earth and appreciate cottage country.
